BEDROOMS
Las Tortugas sleeps up to 8 in 4 large double/twin bedrooms, 3 with en-suite shower rooms and the fourth with a large family bathroom adjacent. A further two people can be accommodated on the two zbeds, which are for children up to 12 years old and are in the large upstairs sitting room, sharing the family bathroom with bedroom 4. There is one bedroom with a king size double bed, three with 2 x 90cm beds usually made up as huge doubles but can be separated. 

LAY-OUT
The lay-out makes it ideal for two families or for two or more generations sharing, as each floor has independent access as well as an internal staircase. Ground and first floors each have two bedrooms, spacious sitting room and fully equipped kitchen.

POOL & TERRACE
Outside is a large covered terrace with enough dining and comfy seating for a full house, leading on to the open terrace around the 11 metre pool.

CHILDREN / PETS / ACCESS
When the whole house is let to the same group, children are welcome but parents need to be aware that there are no special safety features, particularly around the pool, and must accept complete responsibility for their safety. Pets may be admitted by prior arrangement with a small supplement. We are sorry but the house is not really suitable for wheelchair access and Las Tortugas is an adult-only retreat except when the whole house is booked by the same group.
